Nikki Burrows has over 15 years of experience specialising in Training and Development. As a consultant she has worked across a variety of organisations and different industries focusing on behavioural change outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.
Nikki has had a very successful pharmaceutical sales career before she progressed into the area of Sales Effectiveness and advanced into National Management Roles in Training and Development.
She now consults as a skilled Facilitator and Coach, running workshops in Business Planning, Diagnostics, Coaching, Sales and Negotiation, Facilitation, Presentation Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Operations, Resilience and Emotional Intelligence.
Nikki holds a number of accreditation’s in the Organisational Development space - including:
Sales and Organisational Coaching, Presentation Skills, DiSC Behavioural Profiling, Situational Leadership, MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, R6Resilience.
