Creating a High Performing Team is a challenge. Take out the guess work and use data and insights to make decisions. At Performance Shift, we have successfully used our proprietary High Performing Team (HPT) Assessment through private, public and government companies, gathering data and creating sustainable change within teams.
Taking this one step further, we wanted to dive deeper, uncovering more granular accountable data, this time on the individual and their perceived contribution to the team.
Based off the HPT model, we created the High Performance Peer Review.
The Peer Review can either be used in conjunction with the Team Assessment or used independently.
The information gathered can be used in developing leaders or a self-awareness exercise which will in turn increase Emotional Intelligence, uncovering hidden strengths or blind spots.
