2. ASSESSMENT
The assessment is then completed by participants using our secure online platform. The assessment takes approx 30 mins to complete.
3. DEBRIEF
Each assessment is accompanied by a full, easy to read report and the debrief session is used to explain and work through the report findings. The report provides comprehensive information to allow us to create tailored development plans.
